I am able to confirm that your request has been processed under the terms of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000 (FOI) and following enquiries within the Constabulary, please find attached a
communication document held by the Human Resources Department in relation to Disability
Discrimination Act Pension scheme changes for new recruits, although this document does not make
specific reference to Home Office circular 46/2004. There is no other information held in relation to
your request.
