Dear Stratford on Avon District Council,

Please provide me with information that clearly explains how applicants are sorted into the different grading categories. This should include Bronze, Bronze+ Silver & Gold.

Additionally, once customers are graded - I also require clarification as to how applicants of the same grade are then sifted in order to establish who is awarded a placement.

Dear Mr Ryan, please see below answer to your query:

"These questions are answered in the attached Home Choice Plus booklet.

pp5 and 6 explain the housing circumstances which will trigger the
appropriate banding.

p 10 under "How will I know my bid is successful?" explains that
properties will be offered to the person in the highest banding who has
been longest in that banding.
