Dear Torbay Borough Council, Please supply full name and address of current owners of Holy Trinity Church Torwood Gardens Torquay TQ1 1EJ(formally Rainbow Fun House) which has been standing derelict for some time after a major fire causing substantial damage to the building which is now vulnerable to attracting rubbish pests and vermin. There is also evidence that this building is attracting illegal activities and an existential threat to the safety of the local community.
