Mr Snowdon

Attached is the application form with no personal details and background
information.

The Chair informed us recently that this money is still unspent - mainly
due to delays in putting up the pergola / raised beds in 2019, and of
course for the whole of 2020 they were unable to do anything at the garden
due to Covid-19. They have a major re-launch programme in the next few
weeks and are also building an outdoor gym adjacent to the garden, and
plan to re-launch both together. They anticipate completing the spending
programme within the next 8 weeks.

I will contact the Chair at the end of June to check that the project has
been completed and obtain the relevant monitoring information.
