FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000

 

With reference to your request received on 22 June 2015 about details of
holding kennels for stray dogs, the collection of stray dogs is carried
out under contract by Animal Wardens Ltd.  Information regarding the
locations of holding establishments is exempt under S.31 of the Act.    We
do not inspect the sites used by the Contractor.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of the request please contact
us, if you wish to request an internal review.  If you are still
dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal review you have the right to
make a complaint to the Information Commissioner.  Their details are:
