Dear Royal Navy,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Royal Navy's handling of my FOI request 'HMS Elizabeth Capability'.

Your response stated "However, it is considered that some of the information you require may be exempt from release under section 26 (Defence) of the FOI Act. " If only "some" of the information is exempt from release why have you not provided the information which is not exempt?

* It has already been stated in the public domain that HMS QE is scheduled for operational deployment in 2021.
* In November last year a publicly available list of Navy assets stated there was one F35B available.
* A report on "Save The Royal Navy" states "Of our 17 non-mothballed escorts, 6 or 7 are typically at sea at one time, some conducting training or post refit work up with around 4 or 5 available for operational tasks at the sharp end. " So this information is already in the public domain as well.

Please confirm whether or not the information already in the public domain is accurate.

Thank you

J Walsh
