HMRI details
Dear Liverpool City Council,
Please provide further information on the details of HMRI in Liverpool, in particular on the following points:
- how the council spent the HMRI money: a breakdown by type of expenditure, i.e. land, contractors, demolition, construction, admin, staff etc etc
- how many houses were built were for market sale/rent compared to how many for social/affordable rent?- and the breakdown by area/zone of opportunity?
- how much was paid for the land that was purchased, who was it bought from, in which areas is the land located, and who owns it now/did it get sold on to another organisation?
