Dear HM Revenue and Customs,
Please provide me with the following information regarding the 2023/2024 Tax Specialist
Programme recruitment scheme (starting this September 2024).
1) How many total applications were received?
2) How many applicants met the minimum required standard for the Stage 1
verbal test?
3) How many applicants met the minimum required standard for the Stage 1
numerical test?
4) How many applicants met the minimum required standard for the Stage 1
Judgement Test?
5) How many applicants were successful at Stage 1 and progressed to the Stage
2 exam stage?
6) How many applicants were successful at the Stage 2 exam stage and
progressed to the Assessment Centre?
7) Broken down by (work) location, how many were invited to the Assessment Centre, and how many were given provisional job offers/accepted onto the Programme following the Assessment Centre?
8) What was the cut off/pass score for each of the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Tests?
9) How many of the successful applications had the following statuses (HMRC / External / Other Government Departments)
