HMRC pays corporation tax

We're waiting for anthony to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear HM Revenue and Customs,

Can you confirm whether HMRC is a private for-profit corporation/company?

Can you confirm if HMRC pays any corporation tax or any tax to any government and or private corporation whatsoever?

Can you specify which constitutional law on the land of England and Wales, allows the representatives, agents and or employees of the private for-profit corporation, i.e. HMRC, to collect income tax from the people of England and Wales?

Can you also specify which constitutional law on the land of England and Wales, allows the representatives, agents and or employees of the private for-profit corporation, i.e. Birmingham Crown Court, to administer public justice?

Can you also specify if Birmingham Crown Court pays any corporation tax or any government tax to any private and or public entity in any country and or state?

Yours faithfully,

Lee

Thank you for your communication of 8 May.

more appropriate part of the Department for answer.
