Please can you provide details of the following,

HMRC setup a limited company within it called RCDS Limited for handling Disguised renumeration and projects, tis was setup by Jim Hara and audited by Sir Amyas Morse.

Freelancers was employed using a Disguised Renumeration scheme please can you advise who facilitated this schemes from a promoter prospective I believe that HMRC used Knox Group who in turn provided services to many MPs and their families in setting up offshore trusts

I am writing to request an internal review of Her Majesty's Treasury's handling of my FOI request 'HMRC Limited Company'.

HMRC used Disguised Renumeration schemes and seem to be withholding information why they had setup a limited company and terms of business for freelancers engaged in such a company.

We two that HMRC used freelancers up to summer 2020 but seem tone unclear as they are blaming freelancers when freelancers provided a copy of terms of business that HMRC dictated
