HMP Styal Arrests
Dear HM Prison Service,
Please can you advise, over the past 5 years, how many arrests have been made by prison officers at HMP Styal using their powers as a constable as per the Prison Act 1952.
Please can you provide any guidance you give to prison officers in the exercise of this power?
