Section 8 of The Freedom of Information Act 2000 states that for a

Information Governance Team directly. The email address to be used
can be found on the What Do They Know website by selecting "View
Authorities", selecting Folkestone & Hythe District Council and then,
"More about this authority", "View FOI email address".  I have
checked and the address listed is correct. When writing to us please
ensure that you include the following in the subject line of your
email:

"00132738 FOI - Addresses of Houses of Multiple Occupancy (HMOs)
Across the District"

This is important so that we can link your email to your case to
avoid any further delay. 

If you email us direct at this address and provide us with your full
