I would like to see a list of HMO Licensed properties within Wandsworth

With regards to your request for the Council's register of Licensed Houses
in Multiple Occupation. We note what you say about the version that is on
the Council's website (follow this link)

which omits personal data; and that is because the Council chooses to
publish an abridged version which provides prospective and existing
tenants with the list of addresses.
In this instance, ss.232(4)-(5) of the Housing Act 2004 confers a duty on
the local authority to make all details contained within the register
available on request, either by inspection in person or by providing a
copy to an applicant, with a discretion that the latter be subject to the
payment of a fee. It is not our policy to publish these full details on
our website. The Information is exempt from disclosure under section 21 of
the Freedom of Information Act where this is already reasonably accessible
to the applicant by other means. The Council’s Private Housing team deal
with requests to view this information.
Should you wish to view the register this can be done by making an
appointment to visit the relevant officer at 17/27 Garratt Lane, London,
SW18 4AE. Please contact the Private Housing Team on 020 8871 6171 or
