Re: Your Freedom of Information 2000 request

We write to acknowledge receipt of your Freedom of Information request
dated and received on 11 November 2022 made under Freedom of Information
Act 2000.

The Council apologises for the delay in acknowledging and responding to
your request.  We normally process requests under Freedom of Information
Act 2000 within 20 working days, please be assured that every effort is
being put in to ensure that the Council responds to requests in a timely
manner.

In your request, you asked for:

Please provide your HMO in excel format including the UPRN (Unique
Property Reference Number) for each property. Record to include:

1. the address of the licensed HMO or house; 2. the number of rooms in the
licensed HMO providing sleeping accommodation; 3. the maximum number of
persons or households permitted to occupy the licensed HMO under the
conditions of the licence; 4. the name and address of the licence holder;
5. the date of the licence 6. the date of the expiry of the licence 7. the
Unique Property Reference Number (UPRN).

Please make sure the UPRN is provided as responses without UPRN will
result in requests for internal reviews.

We expect to provide a response by 31 August 2023.

Please be aware that, in certain circumstances, the law allows us to
charge a fee in order to deal with your request depending on the
complexity of your request. We will advise you as soon as possible of
this.

If we cannot meet your request, we will inform you of the reasons why,
subject to any legal or regulatory restrictions by 31 August 2023.
