2. HMO properties that have expired hmo licences.
3. Is all of Bedford a Article 4 area?
4. Can convert a house (not already a HMO) to one subject to hmo licence and health and safety compliance?

licences. Under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act, the
authority must state whether or not the information exists and I can
confirm that we do hold the information you requested which has been
answered below.

2. HMO properties that have expired HMO licences.

Please find attached the list of licensed HMO’s which contain the expiry
dates of each licence issued.

 

3. Is all of Bedford a Article 4 area?

No, Bedford Borough Council has no areas subject to an Article 4
declaration.

 

4. Can convert a house (not already a HMO) to one subject to HMO licence
and health and safety compliance?

Yes.
