HMO register from “newport city council”
Dear Newport City Council,
I searched on your website and couldn't find a copy of your up to date HMO Licence Register as prescribed under the Housing Act 2004 s.232 (1) and the information that is required to be maintained within the register is described in the The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 2006.

I am writing to request an internal review of Newport City Council's
handling of my FOI request 'HMO register from “newport city council”'.
Failed to respond within the guidelines explained.
Our response:
We have reviewed your request and can see there has been an error in the
way in which it was dealt with. Multiple requests were handled and
responded to on the same day and there was an oversight in sending out
your response. Your request was closed without an email being sent. We
sincerely apologise for this error.
