I searched on your website and couldn't find a copy of your up to date HMO Licence Register as prescribed under the Housing Act 2004 s.232 (1) and the information that is required to be maintained within the register is described in the The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 2006.

I can confirm that your request will be processed under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, Environmental Information Regulations (Scotland) 2004, or the INSPIRE (Scotland) Regulations 2009.

You will receive the information requested within 20 working days unless the Council does not hold the information, or there is a reason for it to be withheld. We will write to you in any event. This means we have until 31/10/2019 to respond to your request.

The act that you refer to only applies to the England and the scheme of HMO licensing in Scotland is significantly different due to historical differences in housing stock. The controlling legalisation in Scotland is the Housing (Scotland) Act 2006. Consequently we either do not hold the information requested or it is not in a format that allows collation of the data (i.e. it would need to be extracted from individual plans supplied).
