I acknowledge the receipt of your email that was received on 26^th
January, 2021

We do apologise, for the delay in responding to your original request.

The Council has a duty to respond ‘promptly’, or no later than 20 working
days which in this case was 15^th December, 2020.

 Unfortunately, the request was not logged on our tracking system, which
means it missed our usual follow ups.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
