HMO register and Landlord's addresses

We're waiting for Alex Milton to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Worcester City Council,

Please supply me with a copy of the HMO register for Worcester along
with the names and addresses of the owners.

I am entitled to this within 20 days under the Freedom of
Information act.

Failure to supply will result in a formal complaint to the
Information Commissioners Office.

Yours faithfully,

Alex Milton

Dear Worcester City Council,

I would like to follow up on my previous request as it has not been fulfilled within 20 days under the Freedom of Information act.

I am requesting a copy of your HMO Register, including not only the licensed HMO address and the name of the licence holder, but also the address of the licence holder.

This request is made in line with the Information Commissioner’s Office protocols and as provided for in The Housing Act 2004, section 232 which requires every local authority to maintain a public register of premises licensed as an HMO. (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/ukpga/200...)

And, The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple Occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 2006, section 11 stipulates the data the Council need to hold in the public register they maintain. (https://www.legislation.gov.uk/uksi/2006...)

Thank you for your time in fulfilling this request.

Yours faithfully,

Alex Milton

Good afternoon

I am writing in response to a Freedom of Information request that you
submitted to Worcester City Council via the What Do They Know website. It

This issue has been investigated and rectified. However we are now aware
that a number of historic requests on What Do They Know have unfortunately
gone unanswered due to this issue.

Please accept our sincerest apologies that we have not responded to your
request, and for the significant period of time that has elapsed between
you submitting the request and us becoming aware of this problem. We
understand that the information you requested may no longer be of value to
you, however should you still wish to request this information or submit a
different request, you can do so using our webform which is available via
