HMO Register
Dear Waltham Forest Borough Council,
I am writing to request the updated register of all HMO properties in the area with all relevant information, in particular; the owners names and contact details/addresses, the address of the HMO property and all other relevant information such as dates of licence renewals etc
I thank you for your help in advance
Yours faithfully,
Oren kander
Dear Sir or Madam
Thank you for your enquiry regarding details of our licensed mandatory HMO
addresses.
A register of addresses that are licensed under Part 2 of the Housing Act
2004 is available at the Council's web pages at
[1]https://www.walthamforest.gov.uk/content...
This version is not the full version of the register but includes key
details such as the premises address and the name of the licence holder.
You may also view a full version of the register by appointment at the
Council's offices. If you wish to view a copy of the property register,
you can email [2][email address] giving at least 2
working days’ notice of your proposed date/time to visit the Council
offices. The register would normally be available between 10 a.m. and 4
p.m. Monday to Friday only.
If you require copies of any part of the register, this will be supplied
to you in paper form at a cost of £10 per property/entry
I hope that this information is useful to you
Regards
