I am writing to request the updated register of all HMO properties in the area with all relevant information, in particular; the owners names and contact details/addresses, the address of the HMO property and all other relevant information such as dates of licence renewals etc

the information offered to me did not include the licence holders mailing address.

in a previous FOI request, the full list was supplied, including the licence holders home address and I therefore think it is fair for me to be supplied with an updated version of that same document

Dear Merton Borough Council,

I am writing to request an internal review of Merton Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'HMO Register'.

2 years ago, an identical FOI request was made to the council and the full list with licence holders address was supplied. I therefore believe it is unfair to not include this information within the updated register that I have just been sent, travel to the civic centre to view the list would be extremely inconvenient for me.
