(AVDC).

Further to your request for a copy of the HMO register for licensed
properties in Aylesbury Vale please see the attached spreadsheet. You will
note that conditions of the licence are listed as ‘Schedule 1’ or
‘Schedule 2’. The Schedule 1 conditions apply to all HMOs and are attached
for your reference. Schedule 2 conditions contain requirements specific to
that property and would usually be complied with within a short timescale.

If you feel that your request has not been properly handled or if you are

"I searched on your website and couldn't find a copy of your 2018 HMO
Licence Register as prescribed under the Housing Act 2004 s.232 (1) and
the information that is required to be maintained within the register is
described in the The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple
occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England)
Regulations 2006.
