"I searched on your website and couldn't find a copy of your 2018 HMO Licence Register as prescribed under the Housing Act 2004 s.232 (1) and the information that is required to be maintained within the register is described in the The Licensing and Management of Houses in Multiple occupation and Other Houses (Miscellaneous Provisions) (England) Regulations 2006.

Dear Mr Wallace,

 

Thank you for your email concerning the register of licenced houses in
multiple occupation held by the Council.

 

There are currently no licenced properties within the Borough to record on
the register.

 

I can advise we are in receipt of a number of licence applications prior
to a change in legislation made by The Licensing of Houses in Multiple
Occupation (Prescribed Description) (England) Order 2018. We are in the
early stages of reviewing these applications and licenses will be issued
over the coming months as and when the licensing process is completed.
