Dear Freedom Of Information,

Further to my freedom of information responsce i am not happy woth the responsse which has been receieved.

I appreciate that the existing HMO registers for both the National schcme and addiotnal scheme are available on the website. However, the planning website does not allow you to search for planning applications whereby the the term 'HMO' is specified? The response is therefore factually incorrect. I would have to know the addresses of the property to enable a search to bring up the HMO planning applications.

I am aware that planning officers have access to a database which provides the location of all known HMOs within the City including those which are classed as student HMOs as they are exempt from paying Council Tax.

I trust that this will be looked at promptly and a response receoeved within a reasomable time period unlike my initial request.

Yours sincerely,

Anthony Foster
