HMO locations plymouth
Dear Plymouth City Council,
Please can you provide me with the following information under the
Freedom Of Information Act :-
(a) a list of all the registered HMO properties in Plymouth, including those exempt under article 4 including house number, street and postcode,
(b) the maximum number of occupants that each property referred to
in (a) is licensed to hold
(c) the date each of the properties in (a) was first registered as
HMO
(d) the name/s of the licence holders for those properties referred
to in (a)
(e) A list of all addresses that have applied for and HMO licence and been rejected, with the reasoning why.
