Dear Liverpool City Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Liverpool City Council's handling of my FOI request 'HMO Licensing 2'.

Yet again the Council has failed to provide a response to my request within the statutory time limit. Cany you please explain why?

Also, can you provide me with the information I initially requested promptly.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...

Yours faithfully,

John Hanlon

Dear Liverpool City Council,

Once again I have to ask, is there is any chance of recieving a reponse to a FOI request, in which by law I should have recieved an answer to a week ago?

For what reason have I not recieved a response yet?

Yours sincerely,

John Hanlon

Dear Liverpool City Council,

This FOI request, like all my other requests, has far exceeded the statutory time limit.

There are people who submitted requests well after mine who have now received responses. Therefore please explain why I have not?

Once again will I have to go through the Chief exec Mr Reeves to pursue this, or, will a reply be forthcoming anytime soon?

Yours sincerely,

John Hanlon
