Hmo Fire doors / Smoke Alarms

Please advise.

Over the last ten years and numbers by the year please , how many landlords who rented shared households/rooms in the witham / Braintree areas were instructed by council to fit fire doors, internal lighting. Internal mains smoke alarms etc.....to two storey properties.
