Dear Caerphilly County Borough Council,

Could you tell me which ward in Caerphilly borough has the greatest density of HMOs; can you then tell me what the density of HMOs is in that ward as a percentage of all residential properties; can you then tell me how many HMOs there are in that ward.

Yours faithfully,

P White

Dear Caerphilly County Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Caerphilly County Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'HMO density by ward'.

Thanks for the partial information; I would like an internal review because I don't find it believable that Caerphilly doesn't know aproximately how many residential properties are in a ward.

In order to work out which ward has the greatest density when 9 wards all have a single HMO, the ward with the lowest amount of residential properties will have the greatest density. Give me the name of the ward and the number of residential properties in that ward and this FOI is done!

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...

Yours faithfully,

P White
