I refer to your request for information received on 21/02/2022.  Please
see the information below in response to your request: -

Can you tell me which ward in Wandsworth has the greatest density of HMOs
and tell me the density as a percentage of all housing in the ward, and
the number that represents?

The below data is based on licensed HMO’s only. We do not keep data on
non-licensed HMO’s as this can cover any dwelling with more than two
occupants that are sharing amenities.  The data is taken from our data
base Civica / Flare and the date range is 01/04/2016 to 30/09/2021 which
covers just over 5 years.
