b) the maximum number of occupants that each property referred to in (a) is licensed to hold
c) the date each of the properties in (a) was first registered as HMO
d) the names of the owners/licence holders of those properties referred to in (a) and the correspondence address OR the registered "licence holder address" of the owners referred to

Please note that the Council is not responsible for all cameras operating
in the borough. Nor can it guarantee that any incident(s) requested were
captured by its CCTV operations. Furthermore, in line with its policies
the Council retains footage for no more than 31 calendar days from the
date of recording.

This request is being handled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. 

 

I can confirm that Westminster City Council holds the information you
requested. However we are withholding that information since we consider
that the following exemptions apply to it.

 

Under section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act (FoIA), we are not
required to provide information in response to a request if it is already
reasonably accessible to you.

 

This response therefore acts as a refusal notice under section 17 of the
FoIA.

register and

click ‘search register’

In the licensing simple search screen select ‘advanced’ tab

In the licensing advanced search screen select ‘licences’

Under licence details section

Against category select ‘houses in multiple occupation’ from drop down

menu

Against decision select ‘HMO issue approval notice’ from drop down menu

Click ‘search’ at bottom, and the mandatory HMO licence list will appear,

individual

property details can be viewed by clicking that property

If you do not have access to the internet at home, you may be able to use
facilities at your local library.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
