1. The Council doesn’t have an Article 4 Direction for managing HMOs so
therefore no specific postcodes are affected.

3. The Council’s HMO Additional Licensing Scheme covers the entire
borough and as such all postcodes are affected. The list of postcodes is
attached.

5. The Council will be introducing a non-immediate Article 4 Direction
for managing small HMOs. It will cover the entire borough and all
postcodes will be affected. It will come into effect in 2019.
