Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

Under FOI ACT please can you give me the court time lines required by law for HMCTS to contact the land registry ( Chief Registrar ) of pending insolvency bankrutpcy petitions .

The time line required by law for HMCTS to send 2 copies of a Bankrutpcy Order to the Court Official Receivers and confirmation as to whether HMCTS also send a copy of the order to the debtor.

The mode in which communications takes place and any forms that need to be completed on transfer to the land registry and insolvency service by the court staff and where and when this information is logged onto HMCTS system.

I suspect the HMCTS are well aware that the Insolvency Act and rules are being broken which is why they are refusing to answer.
