Good afternoon Mr Guise,

Thank you for your request. So the service centres are CTSC, and that is a collection of services which do indeed take phone calls and the retention policies for those recorded calls can be found online. This is what I believe is referred to as the HMCTS Contact Centres, and I may be able to assist there.

I will attempt to gather a report of the number of calls we receive, and if I can I will break that down into the individual services such as Divorce, Family Law, etc.
