1. A copy of the policy or guidance of providing information from the court file to third parties [neither a party or acting solicitor] without verifying their credentials or authorisation for access to the Court file information.

On this occasion information and advice was passed over the phone to a locum solicitor with no notice of his acting provided or on file.

Please provide copies of any information and material in electronic format.

Which basically is where/what is the guidance for court staff giving out data [over the phone] from case files to third parties even though the third party may be a civil servant/lawyer and not a party or representative in a case. What guidance is there for verification?
