You appear to have marked the FOI as finished and no further action needed. What you need to do is ask them to hold an internal review. There is an option to initiate it here. If they refuse to hold one, or alternatively decide that they won't change their mind then you lodge a complaint to the information commissioner. It seems your line of enquiry follows a similar event as mine. Have a look at my FOI with them & follow what I have done if it helps https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/r...
Dear Post Office Limited,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Post Office Limited's handling of my FOI request 'History and reasons for the closure of the PO on the High Street of Bethesda, Gwynedd'.
I did NOT ask about a "Mobile PO" I asked about THE Post Office on the High Street of Bethesda, nearly opposite the Chapel that gave the village its name!
A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...
Yours faithfully,
Joe Stoner

I would complain to the Information Commissioner & ask them to instruct the post office to provide the information. You still haven't been given the reason for the closure of the High Street Bethesda office, regardless of whether it has been reopened, unless I am missing something.

I am very surprised that the requestor has accepted that the information sought has been given, as It clearly hasn't. Post Office Limited have simply provided a notification to the community of branch closure which in no way amounts to information about the history and reasons for closure. The requestor has been robbed off here and seems unwilling to pursue the matter further.
