Dear Ms Robin

Further to your request dated 27 February, 2019 under the Freedom of
Information Act, we are exercising a section 40(2) exemption and so
providing summary data

Queens’ had 31 applicants for history this year. We made offers to 6
candidates for either 2019 or 2020. We pooled 11 candidates, 2 of whom
were made offers by other colleges. For the candidates to whom we made
offers, predictions ranged from A*A*A to A*A*A*A and candidates had
between 4 and 12 A* grades at GCSE. Their interview scores ranged between
6.5 and 9.0.
For candidates to whom we did not make offers ourselves, predictions
ranged from A*AA to A*A*A*A* and candidates had between 0 and 10 A* grades
at GCSE. Their interview scores ranged between 4.5 and 8.0.
The number of candidates we deselected was less than 5.

If you feel that we have not dealt with your request under the Freedom of
Information Act properly, the College’s procedures indicate that you may
