Historical Off-street Car Parking Maintenance Expenditure

The request was successful.

Dear Wirral Metropolitan Borough Council,

Please can you assist with the following…

I am trying to find out historical expenditure on maintenance for the following off-street car parks under the control of Wirral Council:

The car park at Wirral Country Park, Arrowe Park
The car park at Wirral Country Park, Thurstaston
The car park at Wirral Country Park, Royden Park
The car park at Wirral Country Park, Eastham

The years I am interested in is a 5 year period, 2012-2016. However, if this is not possible I would be happy with expenditure details from any non-consecutive period of 5 years within the last decade.

I am only interested in expenditure for maintenance work done in order to keep the car parks and their surrounding access roads in a good state of repair and not a danger to the public using them. This means surfacing, painting lines, repairing speed bumps, maintaining the car park footpaths, repairing gates, barriers, signs etc.

I would also like to know which budget allocation the expenditure was made from.

Or perhaps there is an online facility where I can access this information as a member of the public? I don't actually know how or where to look for this information but I am more than happy to do my own research if at all possible, in order to save the time of our Council clerical staff.

Many thanks

Yours faithfully,

NJT Lauro

Just in case anybody is confused, ECP stands for Eastham Country Park.
