Dear Department for Education,

I would like to see a breakdown of which software has been used by
schools & MATs to return the school census to the department e.g. their MIS supplier.

Please could you provide this information in an Excel spreadsheet
containing the following fields:

Local Authority Number
Establishment Number
School Name
School URN
Establishment Type (i.e. Community School, Nursery, Voluntary Aided
School, etc.)
Establishment Phase (i.e. Primary, Secondary)
MIS Software used
Number of pupils on roll

Please provide this information from the following censuses:

-Autumn 2015, Spring 2016, Summer 2016
-Autumn 2016, Spring 2017, Summer 2017
-Autumn 2017
