CI Group FOI,

Subject: RE: FW: Mandville Freedom of Information request - Historic street and field markers.

Dear Mandeville

Ref. Your e-mail regarding missing information

Our Environment and Heritage Team and Historic Environment Record (HER) database have no records or other information on "Highway boundary markers", the marker posts as shown in the customer's e-mail, "Needle" markers or "Tank Trap" markers.

"Upkeep of these markers, e.g. cleaning, maintenance and preservation" is not one of our Team's responsibilities to keep records of; again, our Team and the HER have no records or other information in this regard.

We have provided you with all the information we hold, in respect of your original request and new reply.

As for our Highways teams they do not hold any of that information unfortunately as they are not maintained or used by us in highway maintenance".

Regards,

John
