Historic and future allocation of Late-Night Levy funds
Dear Liverpool City Council,
Now that the democratic process has been ignored and the local authority has voted through retaining the Late-Night Levey, despite the public consultation being against that.
I am requesting a full breakdown of historic spending (since the Levy was introduced) and the planned future allocation, for this year, of the 30% receipt to Liverpool City Council and who is sanctioning and deciding on the allocations of these monies?
Yours faithfully,
Karl Barry
