Dear Oxford City Council,
In July 2022 Oxford City Council advertised the following positions:
Homes for Ukraine Rematching Support Officer
Homes for Ukraine Rematching Officer
Homes for Ukraine Senior Rematching Officer
In a recent FOI request as of 03 August 2022 it was revealed that there was 37 temporary staff employed by the Council with the longest employed in that temporary role for 306 weeks.

1. Why were the Ukrainian Rematching positions advertised as full time, rather than on a temporary basis? What will happen with the 3 full time employed Ukraine Rematching support roles when the conflict in Ukraine ends and all the Ukrainian refugees go back to Ukraine?

3. How many applications were received for each of the three positions?
4. How many individuals were interviewed for each of the three positions?
5. What was the ethnicity of the successful candidates for each of the three positions?
