Dear Chichester District Council,
Circus Zyair occupied parts of Oaklands Park between 18th and 26th July 2023.
Much concern has been expressed about levels of noise during, and clean-up after this occupation.
Please supply a copy of the relevant Hire Agreement, and if not disclosed thereon, fees paid to the District Council, and quantum of any deposit lodged against damage.

Question - Please supply a copy of the relevant Hire Agreement, and if not
disclosed thereon, fees paid to the District Council, and quantum of any
deposit lodged against damage for Circus Zyair.
Terms and conditions for hire of land for events can be found on the council’s

A fee of £3,460.50 was paid for use of Oaklands and a damage deposit of
£1,350.
