Hinckley & Rugby Building Society
Dear Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council,
When allowing the H & R BS to occupy the Magistrate Court Building on Bond Street what consideration was given to ensuring sufficient car parking space was provided for employees, visitors etc?
1 How many spaces were estimated as needed to cover ALL employees travelling by car and what additional contingency was incorporated for visitors, growth etc.
2. How many were provided?
3. If there was a shortfall, what were the assumptions about how it could be accommodated?
4. What work has been done since occupation to validate estimates?
Yours faithfully,
David Alfred
