Thank you for your request for the following information:  
 
  
 "On 21/02/2018 a report in the Hinckley Times on increased parking charges in the town quotes 
Mike Hall as saying that the proposal is based on a study of parking in Hinckley. 
What  information  do  you  have  that  shows  the  scope,  results  and  recommendations  of the  study 
and the objective it believes will be achieved by increasing charges." 
 
This  request  has  been  processed  under  the  Freedom  of  Information  Act  2000  (“FOIA”).  I  can 
confirm  that  the  council  does  hold  the  information  within  the  scope  of  your  request.  However, 
the information  is  exempt  from  disclosure  under  the  FOIA  by  virtue  of  section  21-  Information 
reasonably accessible via other means.  
 
Section 21 of the FOIA exempts from disclosure information that is reasonably accessible to the 
applicant,  including  where  the  information  is  available  at  cost.  In  this  instance,  the  information
