I recently made the FoI request of LCC: 
 
"On 21/02/2018 a report in the Hinckley Times on increased parking charges in the town quotes 
Mike Hall as saying that the proposal is based on a study of parking in Hinckley. 
What information do you have that shows the scope, results and recommendations of the study and 
the objective it believes will be achieved by increasing charges." 
 
Their response was that they do not have the information but HBBC does so the request should be 
re-directed to you.
