Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Department of Health and Social Care's handling of my FOI request 'HIM 5 Series of Files'.

Quite frankly I consider your response to be nothing more than an attempt to hinder my work. You have previously answered a number of similar FOI's satisfactorily. These files were clearly not intended for future publication as the department has maintained for at least 2 years in parliament that "all documents relating to blood safety before 1995 are in the national archives".

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...

Yours faithfully,

JJ Evans

FreedomofInformation,
