2. For Every year since please produce the annual budget for this work and the contract, performance expectations and the contractor.
3. For the year prior to the outsourcing of this work please provide the in-house budget
4. For the most recent contract please provide the recorded Information of the precise procurement modalities ( tender, etc), including who signed off the contract, the amount and the recorded member/officer decision.
5. For this latest contact please provide details of the payments made and any payments withheld due to performance failure.
6. Please provide evidence for this last contract exactly how the Executive and or Exec Members were involved in the process,

I would like to acknowledge that the response deadline for this request is
today and the council is not yet in a position to respond.
 
I would like to apologise for this delay and confirm that the council is
working on your request and the delay is in part due to needing to confirm
we have carries out all appropriate searches for information the council
holds, due to the request relating to information from over 20 years ago.
 
It is expected we will be able to provide a final response by the 18^th
