So can you confirm that SCC has no policy, framework, guidance or any other such documents relating to trees owned by SCC or SCC Highways.

The relevant service have advised you that Staffordshire County Council does not have a 'Highways Tree Management Policy’.

To clarify, we do not have a specific policy document for the management of trees on highway land/adjacent to highways. However, the management of trees and vegetation is included within the council's Highways Safety Inspection Code of Practice (Copy attached).

However, the management of trees and vegetation is included within the council's Highways Safety Inspection Code of Practice (Copy attached).
