1. The inspection reports appear to score road surface, markings, etc from 1 to 5. Are there any formal criteria for these - if so please supply.

2. Regarding Dairyhouse Lane, please could you confirm the furthest point of the lane surveyed (ie the point at which the surveyor turns around).

you come out of the double bend beyond Dairyhouse Farm
