Dear Brighton & Hove Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Brighton & Hove Council's handling of my FOI request 'Highways Asset Management System contract info'.

The answer to my question "... please confirm the total amount spent on this contract with Mayrise since its commencement. Include cost of software, licences, consultancy and training" was answered as follows:

up to -L-5000 each for 4 separate yearly packages

This has not answered my question. The "up to" means that the amount is not specific, and "yearly" means that this is an annual amount, not the total spent with Mayrise since the commencement of the contract.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address:
http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/hi...

Yours faithfully,

Allun Francis
